Super admin

Invite user by super admin

  1. Login to kandula.ai.
  2. Click on the "Settings" app from the home screen.
  3. In the user menu on the right, check for the invite user icon.
  4. Click on the icon and pop up will be displayed.
  5. Enter the Email id of the user.
  6. Click on invite button.
  7. For each invited user a card will be being created.

!!! information "Note"

  The user will be in pending status till the user accepts the invitation.

Resend Invite

  1. Login to kandula.ai.
  2. Click on the "Settings" app from the home screen.
  3. Click on resend invite button
  4. Pop up will be displayed to confirm the mail address.
  5. check if the mail address is entered correctly. If entered correctly click on send.
  6. If not, click on the change email.
  7. Click on send invite.

!!! information "Note"

  Resend invite button will be displayed only for unaccepted user.

Delete user from platform

  1. Login to kandula.ai.
  2. Click on the "Settings" app from the home screen.
  3. Click on Remove.
  4. Pop up will be opened and click on remove.
  5. Enter the exact email address in the below textbox.
  6. Click on Remove. The deleted user should be removed from the platform.

!!! information "Note"

  Once the user is removed from the platform without transferring the assets of the user, the user's assets cannot be retrieved

Suggested: Transfer the user assets and remove the user from the platform

Transfer of user assets

  1. Login to kandula.ai.
  2. Click on the "Settings" app from the home screen.
  3. Click on Remove.
  4. Pop up will be opened and click on transfer & remove.
  5. Choose organization. (Only applicable for enterprise user Step 5&6)
  6. Click on next.
  7. Click on select to choose a user from the same organization.
  8. Select a user from the list of users.
  9. Checkbox all the required data to be transferred.
  10. Click on Transfer.
  11. Pop up message will be displayed to confirm the transfer.
  12. Click on ok to proceed with transfer.

!!! information "Note"

  Choosing organization if user is in multiple organization and when transferring assets make sure the receiving user has enough storage.

Search user

  1. Login to kandula.ai.
  2. Search for the user using name or email id.

Create organization

  1. Login to kandula.ai.
  2. In the right, check for the create org card.
  3. Enter organization name and total seats to assign to org.
  4. Click on add org. A card will be created for the organization.

!!! information "Note"

  Organization is only applicable for enterprise login.

Changing name in the org

  1. Login to kandula.ai.
  2. Click on edit.
  3. Pop up will be displayed to edit the org.
  4. Change the name of the org and the org name should be unique.

Make user as org admin

  1. Login to kandulaai
  2. Click on view.
  3. Search for the user and click on make as org admin.

Delete Organization

  1. Login to kandula.ai.
  2. Click on remove.
  3. Enter the exact name of the organization.
  4. Click on remove. The deleted organization should be removed.

!!! information "Note"

  If organization has to be deleted all the users inside the org has to be removed.

Requested, Accepted and Rejected seats history

  1. Login to Kandulaai
  2. Click on view history present below the create org section.
  3. Pop up will be displayed to view the seats request received from different org admin.

Accept and Reject of seats to org

  1. Login to Kandulaai
  2. Click on view history present below the create org section.
  3. Pop up will be displayed to view the seats request received from different org admin.
  4. Click on accept or reject.

Organization assets download

  1. Login to Kandulaai
  2. Click on Delete.
  3. Click on download assets.

!!! information "Note"

  The download assets button will be displayed only after the preparing for download is completed.

Deletion of organization immediately

  1. Login to Kandulaai
  2. Click on delete.
  3. Click on permanent delete. The deleted organization should be removed.

Search organization

  1. Login to kandula.ai.
  2. Search for organization using the org name.

Add super admin

  1. Login to kandula.ai.
  2. In the right, check for the add admin card.
  3. Enter a email address to add as a super admin. Platform users will be listed below.
  4. Select a user to add as a super admin.
  5. Click on add admin.

Delete super admin

  1. Login to kandula.ai.
  2. Click on delete.
  3. Enter the exact email address to delete the super admin.
  4. Click on delete. The deleted admin should be removed from super admin.

!!! information "Note"

  Only the account admin can add and delete the super admin.

Search Admin

  1. Login to kandula.ai.
  2. Search for the admin using name or email id.

platform announcements

  1. Login to kandula.ai.
  2. Select the audience to whom the message has to be sent.
  3. Enter the required message.
  4. Click on send.

Org Admin

Invite user by organization admin

  1. Login to kandula.ai.
  2. In the right, check for the invite card.
  3. Enter users name and e-mail to invite the user to the platform.
  4. Click on invite button.
  5. Check if, for each invited user a card is being created.

adding users to the organization

  1. Login to kandula.ai.
  2. Invite user by organization admin.

Addition of seats to the organization

  1. Login to kandula.ai.
  2. Below the invite card, seats card will be present.
  3. Enter the number of seats required for the organization with a description.
  4. Click on send request.

!!! information "Note"

  Only after the confirmation of the seats from super admin, seats will be increased for the organization.

Cancelling of the seat requested by the organization admin

  1. Login to kandula.ai.
  2. Below the invite card, view history will be present.
  3. Click on view history.
  4. A modal window will be opened to see the seat requested by the organization admin.
  5. organization admin can cancel the sent request.

Status of the requested seat by the organization admin

  1. Login to kandula.ai.
  2. Below the invite card, view history will be present.
  3. Click on view history.
  4. A modal window will be opened to see the seat requested by the organization admin.
  5. organization admin can view the status received from the super admin.

Delete user from organization.

  1. Login to kandula.ai.
  2. Click on delete.
  3. Pop up will be opened and click on delete.
  4. Enter the exact email address in the below textbox.
  5. Click on delete. The deleted user should be removed from the organization.

Approval of users requested storage

  1. Login to kandula.ai.
  2. The users requested storage will be displayed in the requested section.
  3. Click on accept. The accepted storage should be sent to the super admin for apporval.

Rejection of users requested storage

  1. Login to kandula.ai.
  2. The users requested storage will be displayed in the requested section.
  3. Click on Reject to cancel the storage plan requested by the user.

Storage history for organization admin

  1. Login to kandula.ai.
  2. The storage history for org admin will be displayed in the history section.
  3. The org admin and super admin status will be displayed in the history section.

Approval of organization admin accepted storage

  1. Login to kandula.ai.
  2. The org admin accepted storage will be displayed in the requested section.
  3. Click on accept. The accepted storage should increase the storage in the users account.

Rejection of organization admin accepted storage

  1. Login to kandula.ai.
  2. The org admin accepted storage will be displayed in the requested section.
  3. Click on reject to cancel the storage plan accepted by the org admin.

Storage history for super admin

  1. Login to kandula.ai.
  2. The storage history for super admin will be displayed in the history section.
  3. The super admin status will be displayed in the history section.

Creating a group

  1. Login to kandula.ai.
  2. Click on the "Settings" app from the home screen.
  3. Click on the groups tab.
  4. In the group menu on the right, check for the create group icon.
  5. Create group modal will be opened and enter a unique group name.
  6. Click on create. The group created should be displayed in a card.

Editing the group name

  1. Login to kandula.ai.
  2. Click on the "Settings" app from the home screen.
  3. Click on the groups tab.
  4. Click on edit.
  5. A textbox will be opened to enter the group name.
  6. Change the name and click on save.
  7. The changed name should be reflected in the card.

Adding users to the group

  1. Login to kandula.ai..
  2. Click on the "Settings" app from the home screen.
  3. Click on the groups tab.
  4. Click on view.
  5. In the search menu on the right, click on add user icon.
  6. A modal will be opened to display the list of users. Select the required users for the group.
  7. Click on add user button.
  8. The selected users will be displayed.

Deletion of a group

  1. Login to kandula.ai..
  2. Click on delete.
  3. Enter the exact group name in the textbox field.
  4. Click on delete.
  5. The deleted group card should be removed from the groups tab.

Change subscription plans

You can switch subscription plans from basic to premium and premium to pro.

  1. Login to kandula.ai.
  2. Find the subscription in the list.
  3. Select the required subscription.
  4. Click on subscribe.

!!! information "Note"

  User cannot downgrade a plan. Instead user can create a new account using the same email address.

Remove a payment method

If you have a payment method that you are no longer using or that has expired, here’s how to remove it:

  1. Login to kandula.ai.
  2. Click on the "Settings" app from the home screen.
  3. Click on the billing tab.
  4. Click on the billing method tab.
  5. Find the payment option you want to remove, and then select Remove.
  6. Click on Yes, the card will be deleted.

Cancelling a subscription

If you no longer want to continue the service with kandula.ai, here’s how to cancel the subscription:

  1. Login to kandula.ai.
  2. Click on the "Settings" app from the home screen.
  3. Click on the billing tab.
  4. You will find the cancel subscription button in the purchased plan card.
  5. Click on cancel subscription. A pop up will be displayed for confirmation for cancelling the subscription.
  6. Click on yes, the current subscription will be cancelled
